We never intended to be FAIMOUS!
Well, thankfully, we´ve managed to pass our FAIM accreditation and become one of only 400 companies in the world to have attained this international moving standard.
It is, without doubt, an extremely intense period from the prepartion for the FAIM audit right through to the actual day of the inspection itself, however, I do feel it is an important factor in helping companies provide and maintain a worldwide consistency in standards, service, systems and procedures and the accreditation, in itself, is a fantastic benchmarking tool.
